FAQs
- About the artists and their art
Are the artworks original ?
All original artworks are unique and come with a certificate of authenticity. When a work forms part of a limited series ( sculptures and art prints ), the number of the artwork and the edition is mentioned eg 3/15. Also these artworks come with a certificate of authenticity where the number and the edition is mentioned. Furthermore all works are signed by the artist with the number and edition.
What is an edition?
An edition is when there are several copies of a work, such as in sculptures and art prints. An edition is the specific number of copies that has been created by the artist before the first sale, and this number will not change. In general, the smaller the edition size, the higher the price.
Is a certificate of authenticity provided?
All our artworks come with a certificate of authenticity.
Are all the works available for purchase?
Not always, as sometimes they have already been sold! If the work has been sold, this is indicated on the artwork page. If you are unable to find another work that you love, do not hesitate to get in touch as we can suggest other works by our artists who are not online yet. Some of our artists also accept commissions!
